In case of another reason (Not liked, Not in same look, Change of mind etc.) of return customer have to afford both side shipping charges and maintenance charges of the product. Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel..Exceptional cases will be considered by the team Shavi Creation.
If customer will process the request for the exchange (with same or above value) then company will afford the one side shipping and maintenance changes, but request should be raised (Email: email@example.com) with in 24 hours of receiving the product.
In case of exchange of product difference amount will be credited into account.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
