Different Categories are allocated for different types of Products, from where you can choose the product of your choice. You can also search a product by typing few key-words in the ‘search option’ available on page. Now you put the selected product in your shopping basket, by clicking on the link ‘Add to my basket’ provided with every product. Now you will be navigated to the new page ‘My Shopping Basket’. Here you may be able to see the details of the products added to your Shopping Basket. At this stage you can modify the quantity of the product. You can also able to see the real time quantity of each product, available in our stock, which will help you to decide the modified quantity. You can also delete a product from your shopping basket by simply clicking on ‘Delete’ button.
If you want to add more products in your shopping basket, you may click on the tab ‘Continue Shopping’ and you will be navigated to the main page of that category. The product added earlier will be remain in your Shopping Basket.
After finalizing your Shopping, click on the tab ‘Submit Order’ and you will be taken to a new page where you will be asked to submit your Shipping Address, if it is different from your Billing Address. You can also modify your billing address. Total summery of your shopping basket along with shipping charges (if any) will also be displayed here.
Now by clicking on ‘Confirm Order’ tab, you will be navigated to our payment gateway page where you will be asked to select any one option from Payment through Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / Cash Card or Mobile Payment. By selecting your appropriate method of payment, you will be diverted to concerned bank site where actual transaction of money took place. After successful transaction, your shopping will be completed and an “Order Number†will be generated by the system through which you may able to track your order in future.

All the items displayed at our portal are either having unique ‘Product Number’ or ‘Pattern Number’ for its easy identification. Two different products do not bear the same product number or same Pattern Number.
Items having ‘Product Number’ will be delivered what exactly shown in our web portal. Its design and shape will be same as shown in the product image but its colour may vary. Whereas, items having ‘Pattern Number’ may vary, both in design and colour. These are mainly handicrafts and Designer items item like Apparel (Chikankari , Kota, Bandhej etc.) and imitation fashion jewellery. Most of the cases images are taken from the actual products available in our stock and the same product are delivered what is shown in the image. Images shown on portal are indicative only to show the pattern, quality and quantum of work.

No, you cannot order for a product which is presently Out of Stock. Normally, a product which is ‘Out of Stock’ will not be visible on your screen.

Very rarely, there may be unusual delay on the part of courier service. To ensure prompt delivery, always mention your complete address in the product order form with name of the state, PIN code number, name of contact person along with contact numbers. You are also requested to be in touch with your local area courier office. All our products are shipped from our merchant office
Your order will be shipped to the payee’s address (billing address) mentioned while confirming your order or mentioned on your product order form. If you want to gift your order to someone, your beloved, mention his/her name and address at recipient’s address (shipping address) while making an order. If you have ordered for more than one product which have to be delivered on two different addresses then you must submit two different orders ‘or’ fill separate order forms for each address. Anyhow you can make full payment by single mode of payment. In this case Both Orders will be treated as separate order for calculating ‘shipping Charges’.

yes, we always provide a bill for every purchase. All sales tax, VAT (wherever applicable) is clearly mentioned on the bill. The bill will be dispatched along with the product.
You will receive a shipment notification through SMS and E-mail, once your order is shipped. This notification will provide you the date of dispatch and tracking/docket number of the courier. You may also able to track the status of your shipment, from the site of the concerned courier.
We deal only in Branded, Reputed and Quality products and we guarantee for Total Satisfaction of our customers. In rarest case, if you are not happy by any of our product, you must return it with its original packing material within three days of the receipt of the product. We will arrange for its suitable replacement or refund of money after deducting re-stocking charges, as the case may be. Courier charges for shipment of the product will be borne by the customer.
